  • Estimated annual base pay: $28.81(minimum) - $36.01(midpoint) - $43.21(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Operations Training Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Level 2 Training Specialist supports operations by providing training for new and existing members through classroom and 1:1 training. Members possess a solid understanding of the training system and curriculum and implements process improvements. Additionally, the member authors content and assists in the management, implementation, and auditing of training systems, programs, and initiatives. What You Will Be Doing
  • Provides onboarding and offline instruction using approved programs and methods.
  • Assists in verifying member competence.
  • Resolves training problems on the production floor and assists in Root Cause Analysis.
  • Recommends and implements process improvements for new and existing training programs.
  • Coordinates, organizes, and schedules training for the membership.
  • Assists in the development of metrics that demonstrate effectiveness of training programs, execution of training systems, and records training noncompliances.
  • Maintains and implements improvements for the production member training database and/or certification system.
  • May require overtime and off-shift work.
What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate's Degree or two-year technical degree preferred
  • 2-5 years Operations Training Specialist or similar experience required
  • Solid written/verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of training and manufacturing processes
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Power BI, WISE, SAP)
  • Able to teach in a classroom and 1:1 setting
