Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize marketing operations, and align marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on ROI tracking, marketing reporting, and automation strategies that fuel business growth. As a key player in our sales-aligned marketing function, you will develop and manage email automation workflows, CRM integrations, and campaign performance tracking, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable revenue impact. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Client Success teams to improve marketing effectiveness and lead conversion.

This is a full-time salaried position, and will report to the Marketing Manager. This position is designated as in-office, with four days per week required at our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, the ideal candidate will be based near our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters and excited about an in-office work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Marketing Analytics & ROI Tracking: Measure and analyze campaign performance, marketing ROI, and lead conversion data to drive strategic decision-making using HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce
  • Sales & Marketing Campaign Management: Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to develop and optimize targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance client engagement
  • Marketing Automation & Email Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing programs, and email automation to enhance outreach and engagement
  • CRM & Lead Management: Manage data integrity and marketing automation within HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless sales handoff and pipeline visibility
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Support client satisfaction initiatives by developing engagement strategies, tracking customer feedback, and leveraging insights to improve retention
  • Marketing Reporting & Data Visualization: Build and maintain real-time marketing dashboards, providing insights that support sales alignment and revenue growth
  • Website & SEO Performance: Oversee website management, ensuring alignment with technical SEO and conversion optimization best practices


Qualifications and Capabilities:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or automation roles
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (automation & workflows), Salesforce (CRM management) and ZoomInfo (lead enrichment & segmentation)
  • Strong data analysis and marketing reporting capabilities, with a focus on revenue impact
  • Experience in email strategy, campaign automation, and lead nurturing
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Client Success teams to improve marketing and lead management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Power BI is a plus
