THE JOB: The National Marketing Manager is an essential position within the National Marketing department, responsible for driving the overall execution of all marketing and operational efforts. This position is responsible for tournament and event administration, arena event ticketing distribution, review of marketing collateral, decisions based on historical gaming, and support of the Casino Host team. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work closely with National Marketing management to develop and assess marketing programs and event profitability
- Lead the National Marketing Administrator in tournament administration, including creating databases, executing reports, managing host lists, guest interactions, and collateral approvals
- Develop and distribute fact sheets, memos, and content for National Marketing initiatives like table game tournaments, host events, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure all departments are up-to-date on current marketing initiatives
- Support the host team by explaining systems, addressing challenges, and providing solutions
- Prepare and distribute both standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs
- Answer questions related to the financial and comparative performance of Casino Marketing events and initiatives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a Casino Environment and/or Marketing function required
- Experience executing Slot and Table Tournaments, Give-a-ways, and other related events preferred
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
