POSITION

We are seeking a Global Head of HR Operations who will be a strategic and transformational leader. You will report directly to our CHRO and be based out of our Charlotte, NC headquarters. In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the HR Operations function including oversight of Compensation and Benefits. This role requires a highly strategic, technically skilled, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and aligns with our company values. You will partner closely with the business, leaders and other support functions to deliver exceptional employee experiences, data-driven insights, and efficient, compliant HR processes.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR Operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize HR technology, compliance frameworks, and people services while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
  • Act as a champion for change management by communicating and facilitating HR process updates across the organization.
  • Develop a strategy for a future-state HR technology stack, working with partners in Technology to lead vendor selection, RFP processes, and implementation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and system performance.
  • Establish data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global labor laws.
  • Create a centralized analytics dashboard to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee compliance reporting (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP), ensure adherence to global regulations and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks across regions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to streamline workflows and ensure operational success
  • Elevate employee experience through efficient processes for onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Standardize global HR service delivery and manage audits using SOPs, internal controls and technology-driven solutions.
  • Develop policies and practices that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transitions.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and compensation specialist to manage global compensation, benefits, and programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Familiarity Success serving as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on HR best practices and strategies.
  • Experience having led a high-performing, remote global HR Operations team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
  • Proven experience leading global HR Operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Financial services experience needed
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of direct HR operations leadership
  • Expertise in HR technology, data analytics, and employee services, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize HR systems and processes, including experience with HCM platforms. (UKG a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional communication, consultative, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Passion for innovation, efficiency, and delivering outstanding employee experiences.
