JOB SUMMARY:

The Driver CDL drives and operates a Medical Specialty Vehicle and requires a Class A or Class B CDL. The primary responsibility is to drive the bus to and from its designated service location. The driver assists workers and passengers in loading and unloading. Driver sets up mobile unit to be operational.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Minimum 2 years CDL Driving experience.

* Required: Current CDL Class A License

* Acceptable MVR record

* Must possess a current, valid Georgia Driver's License and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record per department policy throughout employment.

* Must possess the ability to operate a motorized wheelchair van lift and other vehicle safety equipment. Must be certified or eligible for certification as a driver for Grady Health System.

* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
