Joining Collibra's Global Partner Marketing team

  • Collibra is looking for an experienced partner marketing manager to co-develop and manage joint marketing plans with a defined set of Strategic and EMEA Regional Partners
  • The person will have a proven track record of successful B2B and B2C marketing activities, work collaboratively with Partners, the EMEA Partner team, Global Events, Field Marketers, Customer Marketing, Content & Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to develop and execute joint partner marketing plans
  • As a member of the Global Partner Marketing team, you will be part of a growing and evolving function of the Collibra marketing organization where your actions can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals.
  • The Partner Marketing Manager is self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in an environment that presents the opportunity to develop processes and frameworks for scale and effective resource deployment


Partner Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for

  • Work with partner teams to design and implement effective joint marketing plans and campaigns for a focused set of strategic and regional EMEA partners to promote lead generation and accelerate pipeline.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing, including marketing plan development, managing a marketing budget, executing webinars, trade shows and events, creating promotions, case studies and co-branded collateral that align with partner revenue goals.
  • Foster positive and productive relationships across matrixed organizations with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in, gain feedback, and manage expectations toward identified outcomes and goals
  • Engage the partner ecosystem with effective communications, social media, community resources, partner-facing webinars and events
  • Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.


You have

  • 7+ years experience in field and/or partner marketing with a proven track record
  • Ability to develop, manage, and achieve strategic marketing goals working across EMEA and global, multi-functional organizations
  • Experience in setting strategy and overseeing the execution of effective marketing programs
  • A broad strategic marketing skill set that enables you to understand, add value to, and develop creative marketing strategies
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Extroverted, enthusiastic, persuasive and can stimulate others to action
  • Able to speak multiple languages; English, German, French preferred


Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand goals and objectives, learn Collibra products, processes, and tools.
  • Within your third month, you will understand the defined partner strategy and go to market plans, engage in active campaigns, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Within your sixth month, you will work with stakeholders to establish priorities, re-define marketing plans as needed, implement recommendations to accelerate pipeline growth.
