Snowflake is looking for a data-driven Senior Account Based Marketing Manager like yourself to come aboard and be part of our team. You will be targeting our base of strategic accounts in the Advertising, Media, Entertainment, & Communications/Tech industry with boutique 1:1campaigns and strategic 1:few campaigns, and will gain experience in best-of-class integrated ABM.

As a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company's revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle for a set of assigned strategic accounts. You will be responsible for aligning yourself with the sales organization and helping them target their most important accounts in a productive and effective way, optimizing for performance each step of the way.

This role is best suited for a results-driven high-achiever with shown ability to develop B2B marketing programs on the strategic and tactical level.This role will report to the Senior Manager of the Majors ABM team.

AS A SR. ABM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Build and execute high-impact ABM programs that drive deal acceleration, increased growth, and cross-sell/upsell revenue opportunities

  • Create personalized digital landing pages and launch multi-threaded paid social with tailored messaging by account and target audience

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Events, Demand Generation, and Solution Product Marketing teams for strategies around account-specific research, events, mailers, and follow up programs

  • Measure and report data, insights, KPIs regularly to the business

OUR IDEAL SR. ABM MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • 4+ years of prior marketing experience including 1:1 ABM experience

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of discerning and interpreting data and reporting to the business; and experience using Sigma, Tableau, Excel, Streamlit, or equivalent tools

  • Experience using Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, Demandbase or equivalent tools

  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build unique 1:1and 1:few campaigns, as expressed in ideas for messaging, targeting, creative design, etc

  • The experience and passion to evolve marketing programs based on performance data analysis, feedback from sales and cross-functional partners, and understanding of our business and nuances of large accounts/B2B sales cycles

  • The experience and passion to solve problems, collaborate with cross-functional business teams, and leverage data to drive decision making

  • Maniacal attention to detail, strong project management skills, enthusiastic curiosity, resourceful get-it-done orientation

  • Experience with AI algorithms/techniques, machine learning, data science, or Snowflake

  • Ability to adapt and work successfully in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with competing priorities

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $148,000 - $206,800.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
