Description and Requirements
  • Work with the team to ensure product returns and device refurbishment processes run smoothly.
  • Ensure our E2E processes are in place within each Geo to support ARS, Refurb, Broker listings.
  • Must be flexible as this new role is evolving and will add and subtract initial assignments as time goes on.
  • Implement process to proactively gather key attributes needed to publish descriptions and focus on continual improvement.
  • Maintain clear overview of Lenovo refurbishment and broker process.
  • Address any open issues in a timely manner with quality results.
  • Implement process for managing custom returns
  • Support the rest of the team as needed
  • Work with GSC team on new and upcoming opportunities

You'll be a good match, if you have:

  • 2+ years' experience in similar role such as product management, service repair or delivery, operations management, ITAD operations
  • IT/PC product repair, refurbishment and/or engineering knowledge
  • Experience with vendor and kpi management
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint execution
  • Good performance analytics and performance management skills
  • Experience in ITAD operations is very welcome
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all Geographies.
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Strong interest in sustainability and circular economy
  • Language: English - other languages are a plus.
