As an Engineering Intern, you will report to a mentor who will assign you tasks that contribute to the disciplined development of medical devices or the support of an existing medical device. All work performed will be assigned, supervised, and approved by your mentor. Your engagement will depend on and leverage the engineering coursework you have completed. The more senior your progress through your formal technical education, the more advanced tasks you will be assigned by your mentor. We encourage cross-functional collaboration with all of the disciplines required for a commercially successful product.
