SENIOR EXPERT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
(HYBRID - ALL US LOCATIONS)

The Senior Expert Development Coordinator will have primary responsibility for providing administrative support to the Expert Development team, including assisting with expert attribution, reporting, and data analysis, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless expert-related operations. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and contributing to the development of best-in-class support services for our experts.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

  • Assists with attribution process 4x/year, including working with Expert Development team members, Finance, and other relevant departments to efficiently complete review and payment cycles, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Supports Finance and Client Maintenance to streamline systems for matter setup and assignment modifications.

  • Assists with regular reporting needs such as the Expert Metrics Report and Billing Rate Report, and ad-hoc reporting needs as they arise.

  • Assists with drafting, checking, and tracking information for new expert agreements and renewals.

  • Contributes to analysis of expert data collected/saved in our internal systems, for regular reporting and to address individual requests.

  • Assists tracking expert payments are on-time according to agreements - retainers, attribution, expert invoices.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3+ years of experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred.

  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.

  • The mindset to provide superior service.

  • Proficiency in MS Office required.

  • Experience with data analytics tools preferred.

  • Extremely detail oriented and demonstrates impeccable follow-through.

  • Proactive and able to juggle multiple assignments.

  • Familiarity with process improvement and able to exercise good judgement.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position. A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including a variety of healthcare plans, paid time off, transit subsidy, wellness benefits and retirement plan contributions.

Chicago: $64,600 - $81,700

Boston: $66,400 - $84,000

Washington, DC: $66,000 - $83,500

Los Angeles: $66,700 - $$84,400

New York: $68,300 - $86,400

San Francisco: $73,000 - $92,300

Silicon Valley: $74,600 - $94,300
