- Lead innovative solution implementation with a significant industry impact, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions.
- Analyze and align business needs with Oracles offerings, utilizing best practices and deep product knowledge.
- Apply Oracles methodologies and policies, minimizing risks while ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects, tracks, or phases within the program, recommending enhancements to meet complex customer needs.
- Provide strategic leadership to high-performing teams on challenging projects, driving thought leadership and influence in customer decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with all Oracle business units, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Enable business development by sharing expertise and providing valuable domain insight.
- Oversee the scope and complexity of large-scale, high-stakes programs.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex application/software and hardware/technology projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects with increasing complexity, including leadership of teams and managers.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building and managing customer relationships.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Hospitality solutions or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices with the ability to apply them strategically.
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) required; additional certifications or qualifications a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
