TheGrowth Marketing Department is responsible fordriving growth and optimizing digital marketing performancethrough data-driven strategies. The team focuses onbranding, demand generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisitionacross multiple digital channels. Key functions within the department include:

Job Summary

The Manager, Growth Marketing supports the execution of paid media and lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital marketing initiatives for Enterprise Partners to maximize ROI.

This position requires adata-driven mindset, strong digital marketing acumen, and hands-on expertise with performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Description

  • Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Support execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing effort.

  • Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:

  • Support performance management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, includingpaid search, display (prospecting, retargeting, remarketing), social media, paid aggregators, and emerging channels.

  • Monitor and optimize performance across theentire marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, front-end and back-end conversion metrics.

  • Support creative and messaging efforts for paid media campaigns

  • Track and analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs)to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Team & Partnership Leadership

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives

Budget & Forecasting

  • Track budget allocations and provide insights for optimization

Additional Position Responsibilities

  • Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Business, related field - Required

Master's degree, MBA, Master's in related field- Preferred

Experience Level

3+ years' experience Managing and implementing digital and multi-channel marketing plans - Required

Licenses & Certifications

Required / Preferred

Google Ads Certification- Required

Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification- Required
