Precise Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer, Sr. to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Engineer, Sr., you will play a pivotal role in leading engineering projects and guiding technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our client's complex requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of high-quality products and services, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence. This position is based at our client's location in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

Duties:



  • You will be responsible for the technical direction, strategic planning, and execution of engineering tasks, including but not limited to system design, analysis, integration, and testing.
  • Your ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, a track record of successful project management, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
  • No travel is required for this position, and there is no per diem.
  • This is a long-term opportunity, extending beyond one year, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our client's operations and contribute to the growth and success of Precise Systems.


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in technology or computer science
  • Professional certification


Required Experience:



  • 10+ years experience as it relates to the job description
  • Systems Engineering Experience


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
