We are currently seeking a Logistician, Senior to support or PAX River, MD customer. A Senior level person typically works on high- visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. The Logistician, Senior will:

Duties:



  • Support the Digital Interoperability (DI) Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) Fleet integration, Mesh Network Manager (MNM) gateway, Marine Air Ground Tablet (MAGTAB), all ancillary components, A-kit, B-Kit, and Fleet Training.
  • Assisting the MANGL IPTL/DIPTL and future Marine Air Ground Tablet (MAGTAB) with configuration management; stakeholder collaboration; and planning, manning, and training the Fleet to receive, operate, and maintain the MANGL system to include managing a cost, schedule and performance metrics to support all aspects of the Fleet support plan.
  • Assist with the management and sustainment of the MAGTAB and ancillary equipment across multiple Fleet platforms to include the transition of these responsibilities currently managed by Air Warfare Systems Code 74 (AWS-74) to the MANGL team.
  • Provide analytical support and continuity for the management of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) DI team. Develop, present and lead technical discussions pertaining to DI in support of MANGL stakeholders, cross-service and joint partners.


Required Experience:



  • Over ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.


Required Education:



  • BA/BS degree.


ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUION:



  • 6 years' additional work experience related to labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.


OR


  • Associate's Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience related to labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Desired Skills/Experience:



  • Extensive experience with Marine Air Ground Task Force operations.
  • Identifying capacity constraints related to aircraft systems.
  • Leadership experience solving design / decision analysis processes; optimizing logistics to include prioritizing sustainment and aircraft supply chain capabilities to support Marine Air Ground Task Force operations.
  • Managing large groups to maximize collaboration, organizational assessments, resource and management to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Resourceful and experience leveraging multiple SME's to organize and lead a cohesive team to expand and grow MANGL capabilities to meet Fleet future requirements.
  • Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
  • MA/MS Degree (preferred)


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $148,678.44 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
