Senior Program Scheduler

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler to support the Aerospace Management Systems Division HBA Division. The Aerospace Management Systems Division develops, delivers, and sustains air traffic management, CNS/ATM avionics, and weather sensing capabilities to support military, civil, and allied operations worldwide.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO.
• Develop and provide IMS technical products, such as GANTT charts and network diagrams.
• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support for system acquisition processes, collaborating to incorporate key schedule requirements for mission success.
• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess the feasibility of achieving desired outcomes.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to the customer, project team, and management.
• Identify and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance

Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, 5 of which must be in DoD

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field

• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
