FloWorks is a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and a provider of tailored technical solutions for MRO-focused applications. The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategies, initiatives, and programs. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, generating leads, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting FloWorks' overall business growth. The Marketing Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and market demands. This individual will also oversee marketing campaigns, digital marketing efforts, content development, and the analysis of marketing performance.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive company growth, brand awareness, and market share.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and email to support business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to adjust marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Oversee content development for both digital and offline channels, ensuring messaging is consistent with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) across all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Build relationships with key external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and industry influencers, to enhance the company's market presence.

A must...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis and marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in industrial or technical industries is a plus.
