The Senior Marketing Content Manager develops, evaluates, and implements campaigns in alignment with the content strategy, ensuring the content is engaging and in line with the brand's image and objectives.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties
  • Develop compelling marketing copy and content for B2B and B2C initiatives, including
  • social, advertising, product promotion, virtual events, trade show, digital/web, and operational communications
  • Identify content needs for internal marketing partners and business units (social, experiential, product, life style, life stage and digital experience center)
  • Understand the unique tones of our industry and develop content with a consistent, cohesive and on-brand voice across all brand assets
  • Create and manage new forms of content to support the overall strategy of the Marketing team
  • Independently and collaboratively gather research from internal and external subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write effective copy across a variety of marketing channels
  • Write, approve, edit, proofread and provide feedback on a variety of copy/assets grounded on strong strategic guidance
  • Embrace and master new AI tools to augment content development efforts
  • Act as a back-up point of contact for Marketing Communications during a crisis event
  • Assist in the rewriting of existing operational communications in order to maintain a consistent brand voice
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experiencedeveloping and executing marketing strategies in a multi-channel, multi-product environment in a Marketing Content Manager, Marketing Manager, Writer/Editor, or Specialist role
  • Experience developing articles and marketing web content
  • Experience social media marketing, landscapes, standard operating procedures, best practices and industry standards
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and cross-functional team setting while producing high-quality work
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in accordance with short-and-long range objectives
  • Ability to foster internal and external business relationships
  • Familiarity with financial services marketing strategies & regulations
  • Highly proficient computer skills and internet savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English or other related fields of study is preferred
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $99k - $108k annually + annual bonus
