Job Details -
Responsibilities - Pulling contracts, photos, and other pertinent information for submittal of permit application - Maintaining permit database throughout all stages of permitting process - Assisting homeowners with any permitting issues and with permit close outs - Running a bi-weekly permit audit for management team - Assisting Project Consultants in HOA/Condo approval/submittal process - Working with appropriate contact to obtain appropriate Certificates of Liability - Reviewing order list and assess which orders will need a permit - Accurately completing municipalities application (in concert with Project Consultant if applicable) and submits with needed documentation - Filing obtained permits into each customer's file for historical knowledge - Matching permit receipt with check stub (permit fee) and deliver to accounting for Use tax tracking - Following up to ensure all permits are closed after Installation and/or the job is completed Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred, or equivalent - Strong understanding of administrative duties - Ability to meet strict deadlines and independently and efficiently - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong understanding of municipalities application process - Considerable experience with following processes or the ability to demonstrate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Tuition Reimbursement - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Paid Time Off - Company Paid Holidays - Paid Volunteer Time - And more!
