Job Title: Community Investment Grants Associate

Location: Cupertino, CA

Pay range: $49-$59.23/HR

Contract length: 6 months

Company Description: Our client, a leading technology company, is dedicated to fostering positive global change through its Community Investment initiatives. This role sits within the Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives organization, supporting corporate donations and employee giving programs to drive impactful social outcomes.

Job Description: The Community Investment Grants Associate will collaborate closely with a diverse, global team to manage and administer various grant programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining program schedules, and facilitating effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the lifecycle of corporate grants, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams to coordinate grant activities and streamline processes.
  • Assist in planning and expanding the client's Community Investment initiatives, identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Administer program logistics including data management, financial processing, and documentation.
  • Oversee communication channels, responding promptly to inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate impact assessments to support strategic decision-making and program enhancements.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the Community Investment team.


Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-tech or related industries.
  • Background in Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or non-profit sectors, focusing on grant management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple grants concurrently with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at bringing clarity to complex situations.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS X and iOS preferred.
  • Must be available to work standard Pacific Time Zone hours.


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
