Job Summary This position is responsible for the management of Pharmacy Benefit Plans specific functions include: analysis of plan performance and benefit changes; coordination between internal areas and external vendors to ensure that all are meeting business expectations; building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal business segments and external vendors; supporting the development and implementation of operational processes that support vendor interaction with HCSC; and represent pharmacy product management in internal and external meetings.JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree and 5 years of pharmacy related and /or health care industry work experience. * 3 years of project management experience. * Knowledge of current products offered through pharmacy and / or Health Care Management, the external marketplace, and HCSC competition. *PC proficiency including Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate with peers and other departments. * Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Plans Flexible work arrangement requires 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. #LI-HYBRID INNN Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
