Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about healthcare compliance? We are seeking a Credentialing Analyst Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare providers meet all credentialing and compliance standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $24.99/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Process initial and re-credentialing applications for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians
  • Monitor expired licensure, compliance, and credentialing databases to ensure accuracy
  • Manage system access for providers with out-of-compliance licensure or board certification
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and alert leadership of any concerns
  • Process malpractice insurance verifications and maintain provider credentialing records
  • Support payer enrollment and assist with resolving claims issues
  • Maintain and update provider information in internal systems and SharePoint
  • Assist with payer audits and ensure adherence to Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC standards
  • Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to meet deadlines


What We're Looking For:



  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with credentialing experience
  • Strong understanding of credentialing standards and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • NAMSS Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Business preferred
