You will operate and maintain a variety of printing and finishing equipment. This includes photocopiers, digital printing presses, trimmers, and binders to produce various document quantities efficiently and accurately.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Correspondence.

Position Compensation Range:

$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Ensure the quality, timeliness and cost of projects meet client and business requirements.
  • Lead project problem resolution by gathering pertinent information, consulting with impacted areas, considering alternatives and making timely and accurate recommendations.
  • Manage project scope and project integration to ensure that the various elements of the project are properly coordinated and to create a quality product by including all of the work required.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to satisfy current and future department needs.
  • Deliver leadership surrounding the technology used for the department projects and processes.
  • Deliver presentations and recommendations on technological advances to leadership and clients.
  • Assist clients with product evaluation and selection.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience managing/leading moderately complex projects.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of computing platform technologies, systems programming, hardware infrastructure and server software.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of workflow analysis, remote computing technologies, and wireless technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies including servers, PC/Workstation, security, and databases.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of operating systems including MS Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of mainframe, mid-range, server, and desktop technologies to ensure effective integration of peripheral components into these platforms.
  • This position requires the ability to work with depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) for extended periods of time.

Preferred skills:

  • Quadient Inspire, Scaler, Dynamic and Interactive.
  • AWS Cloud, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, Python and C++ and/or C#.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10%.

Physical Requirements

  • Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.

In this Hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of the Madison, WI office.

Relocation may be provided based on the needs of this role.
