We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

Job Description

This position can be either Hybrid (flexible onsite visits) or Full Remote (depending on candidate location).

  • Negotiate contracts, including price, terms and conditions, and reviews contractual documents for legal sufficiency prior to execution.
  • Ensures internal contractual compliance with relevant terms and conditions and compliance with designated management objectives.
  • Provides guidance and work leadership to assigned contracts administrators, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
  • Serves as point of contact with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.
  • Reviews requests for proposals and prepares proposals.
  • Formulates and negotiates contract proposal modifications.
  • Reviews and negotiates teaming agreements.
  • Interprets contractual work requirements and obligations.
  • Makes recommendations regarding contracts implementation.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPCM/CFCM) preferred.
  • 5-7years of related contracts management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in contracts administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, applicable Agency Supplements, and CAS.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective management skills.
  • Strategic thinker withability to advisebusiness area leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
