Strong Experience managing clinical leaders What You Need to Know The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Hospice Operations is a strategic and operational senior leader responsible for driving a quality patient experience through employee and leader engagement, with a focus on growth, clinical excellence, business development for our Hospice regions. Overseeing Regional Vice Presidents and other aligned roles, this role ensures exceptional patient care, compliance, and financial performance while executing strategies to expand our hospice footprint. Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
