Overview

Brothers Standard Striping LLC (a.k.a. Standard Paving & Concrete) has one position available for a full time Asphalt Crew Laborer. Reliable transportation is necessary. Salary to be determined based on experience.



Responsibilities

    Surface Preparation & Asphalt Installation: Assist with preparing surfaces for asphalt installation, including digging, leveling, and removing debris.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute asphalt materials, tools, and equipment to the job site.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, rakes, tampers, and pavement breakers, under the guidance of the foreman.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman, such as assisting other crew members.
  • Travel/Flexibility: Be available to travel to multiple construction sites within the geographic region and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with peers, contractors, and the general public.
