Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technologist II, Client Services, to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing various computer systems and applications, both locally and remotely. LOCATION: Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position. Duties And Responsibilities
Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of experience in maintaining computer hardware/software and working in a customer-oriented service environment, including Computer imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure, IT ticketing system, Experience with maintaining in an Asset Management system, printer services, videoconferencing equipment and applications. * Valid U.S. driver's' license. * Ability to apply for and obtain TWIC card. DESIRED: * A+ certification. * HDI Support Center Analyst or ITIL certification. * Have knowledge of: MESD, PeopleSoft, Enovia, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
