STV's Rail Transportation Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Specialist with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our team in Atlanta or Acworth, GA. This role will support civil engineering and construction projects under our General Engineering Consulting contract for a major railroad client. As a key team member, you will be responsible for reviewing engineering plans and contractor submittals for public infrastructure projects, collaborating with agencies and engineers, and serving as a technical resource for field construction staff to ensure compliance with railway standards and operational safety.
