About Stewart: Student Intern, People Experience This position is a temporary, full-time summer student internship working 40 hours a week (estimated dates May 2025 - August 2025). As a People Experience Student Intern, you will focus on supporting and assisting our People Experience team with various corporate projects. Position Responsibilities: In this role you will work side by side with our professional HR team on a variety of projects ranging from employee onboarding and orientation programs, maintaining HR databases, files and records and assisting with organizing company wellness meetings and lunch and learns. You will be assisting with supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, providing research for policies, training, development, vendors, and other human resources issues and special projects. You will be contributing to HR projects related to employee engagement and policy development. Position Qualifications:
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This role is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days working from Stewart's downtown Raleigh, NC office and the remaining days working from home. Required standard office-based days will typically be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; other days in office optional as determined by employee and supervisor. When onsite, employee will primarily work in a professional, open environment with a dedicated workspace positioned in a lower-traffic area of the office. When not onsite, employee will be expected to primarily work from a private, dedicated space with minimal distractions. Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period of time. May occasionally need to exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
