Job Duties
Directs, plans, and oversees technical initiatives, projects, objectives and goals of flight operations. Oversees and support technical planning, implementing, and prioritizing of relevant aircraft modifications and enhancements. Performs as the direct representative of the senior vice president of flight operations on industry committees and international organizations related to technical operations of aircraft. Directs, plans, and oversees regulatory conformance for flight operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or bachelor's degree in aviation, IT, MIS, or related field. Master's degree in business preferred.

Minimum Experience

Ten (10) years industry/airline operations experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Superior project/process management and analytical skills. Strong technical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
