Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong leadership and management skills required. Deep knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems required. Requires excellent technical and management skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage costs and control schedule. Excellent knowledge of safety requirements. Ability to coach, lead and motivate multinational and multi-disciplined employees. Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity and strong communication skills. Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years total construction management experience (with at least five years design/build experience with electrical systems) required. Four-year degree in building science, construction management or engineering and 10 years total construction management experience (with at least five years design/build experience with electrical systems) preferred. Certifications, Licenses, etc.: - (Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment) Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
