Job Title - Assistant Superintendent - Commercial - Mission Critical/Data Centers (Traveling) Location - Central Ohio (Now) and Other Domestic Locations (Future) Resumes will be reviewed continually. What We Expect Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Effective verbal communication skills. Effective subcontractor coordination skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Must have a thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality guidelines. Demonstrated ability to understand and adhere to schedules. Proficient in interpreting construction drawings. Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED. This position will work at a Mission Critical/Data Center project and is eligible for a market premium addition to the base salary. While the base salary range is typically between $55,200 - $82,900 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
