Job Title - Senior Project Manager - Commercial (Traveling) Location - Jacksonville, FL (Now) and Other Domestic Locations (Future) Resumes will be reviewed continuously. What You Will Do
What We Expect Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years experience as a project manager. Four-year degree in engineering or construction management and 15 years experience preferred. Experience with commercial construction required. Experience with mission critical/data center construction required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. This position will work at a Mission Critical/Data Center project and is eligible for a market premium addition to the base salary. While the salary range is typically between $111,950 - $149,300 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
