Job Title - Technical Coordinator - International Location - Montgomery, AL, on-site Resumes will be reviewed continuously. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Understanding of construction documents and construction contracts. Requires excellent technical and management skills. Experience with government contracting required. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Strong ability to use Microsoft Office suite. Ability to communicate and work with multinational and multi-disciplined employees. Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years total construction management experience required. Four-year degree in building science, construction management or engineering and two years total construction management experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses, etc.: - (Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment) Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
