Reporting to the Sr Director, Marketing & eCommerce, the Creative Director will lead the creative direction and design for all marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly creative individual who is passionate about visual storytelling and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and be able to translate business objectives into visually compelling creative assets that resonate with our target audience(s). This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, website, digital, PR & events, and other departments, to ensure that all creative deliverables align with the brand's identity and objectives. What you'll be doing Creative Direction & Visual Design
- Lead the creation and development of consistent visual elements that align with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
- Design a variety of marketing materials, including graphics, digital ads, signage, PDFs, presentations, videos, and renderings, ensuring all designs reflect the brand's values and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee and contribute to the design of both digital and print media assets for campaigns and promotional materials.
Concept Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, website, creative, sales, etc.) to conceptualize and develop creative ideas and visual concepts that support business goals and initiatives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that push the creative envelope while staying aligned with brand messaging.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of creative concepts with marketing objectives.
Design Review & Iteration
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from key stakeholders, ensuring designs meet the highest standards before final production.
- Make adjustments and improvements to designs as necessary, incorporating feedback to optimize the final creative output.
- Manage revisions and ensure final approval for all creative materials, balancing speed and quality.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all designs and visual assets are on-brand, consistent, and aligned with company guidelines.
- Maintain oversight of visual consistency across various marketing channels (social media, website, print, etc.).
- Provide quality control over all creative work to ensure the integrity of the brand is upheld across all platforms and mediums.
Creative Asset Management
- Oversee the organization and management of all design assets and files, ensuring they are stored, categorized, and easily accessible for use across teams.
- Develop and maintain an efficient system for organizing digital assets (photos, design files, templates, etc.) to streamline workflow and collaboration across departments.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and inspire a team of designers and creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster creativity and growth.
- Set a clear vision for the team, ensuring they remain motivated, innovative, and focused on delivering high-quality creative work.

- Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work, including print, digital, video, and branding projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience in both digital and print design, with a keen understanding of how designs translate across different media.
- Excellent conceptualization skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute with creativity and precision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- A visionary with the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and translate it into actionable changes while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
