*Description*
Oversee day-to-day operations of contracting for IPA Develop and achieve financial and operational goals. Manage Desert Oasis Healthcare specialty and ancillary contracting, including Contract Specialists. Interface with physicians, patients, and health plans. Resolve provider performance and compliance concerns. Maintain contract and correspondence files. Distribute internal central contracts matrix. Ensure compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., AB1455). Revise and maintain contract templates. Negotiate provider agreements and present for management approval. Prepare, negotiate, and approve routine LOAs and one-time agreements. Review and approve Specialist network split matrices and capitation payments. Handle PPO negotiations and follow up on contract issues. Manage Business Associate Agreements. Respond to health plan and staff contract questions. Prepare and oversee contract audits. Identify contracting and financial process improvement opportunities. Assist with compliance audits. Manage ACO provider contracting and reporting requirements. Validate Specialty capitation rates and deductions. Assist with various contract responsibilities (e.g., NextGen, NurseCom, Televox).
