High level overview:

  • First line of support for all HR needs for 2 Regional Offices.
  • New Hire Orientation updates and facilitation; including onboarding program follow up and follow through
  • Schedule regular meetings with the Regional and Group leaders as well as people leaders to keep up to date on team activities; discuss and make recommendations
  • Facilitate recruiting discussions and needs with leaders and internal/external recruiters. Keep up to date on status and trends.
  • Provide recommendations for new programs, clarify existing ones and provide coaching as needed
  • Participate in campus recruitment and development of internship programs
  • Assist with the development and administration of various HR processes and employee engagement programs
  • Assist with compliance reporting and requirements
  • Perform miscellaneous HR related projects & assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related area of study or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years previous experience as an HRBP or related human resource experience
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and desire to work in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Willingness to travel to Columbus, Ohio on a regular basis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
