Our HR team is growing, and we are looking for someone who: Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Values the opportunity to make a difference Is a problem solver and can think outside the box to find creative solutions Likes to have FUN while staying focused on achieving goals and objectives Champions a respectful environment where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and recognized High level overview First line of support for all HR needs for 2 Regional Offices. New Hire Orientation updates and facilitation; including onboarding program follow up and follow through Schedule regular meetings with the Regional and Group leaders as well as people leaders to keep up to date on team activities; discuss and make recommendations Facilitate recruiting discussions and needs with leaders and internal/external recruiters. Keep up to date on status and trends. Provide recommendations for new programs, clarify existing ones and provide coaching as needed Participate in campus recruitment and development of internship programs Assist with the development and administration of various HR processes and employee engagement programs Assist with compliance reporting and requirements Perform miscellaneous HR related projects & assigned tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related area of study or equivalent experience 5-10 years previous experience as an HRBP or related human resource experience Positive, upbeat attitude and desire to work in a team environment Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability Willingness to travel to Columbus, Ohio on a regular basis Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Benefits Competitive salary and robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision Health Savings Account with V3 contribution 401(k) with up to 6% match Flexible Spending Accounts Life/disability insurance Paid time off, volunteer paid time off, and holidays Customized programs such as High5!
