The Sr. Manager, Product Management is responsible for budget management, forecasting, business casing, and "what-if" analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role develops financial models and scenario planning tools to support leadership in optimizing investments, handling risks, and identifying growth opportunities. By analyzing key business drivers, they provide data-backed recommendations that influence product and operational strategies. They also ensure budget alignment and financial clarity, working cross-functionally to improve efficiency and cost management. Ultimately, this role exists to enable smarter, data-driven decisions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Works in collaboration with Director to develop strategy, plan, goals (outcomes) for their scope of business. Collaboration should extend to customer teams and groups, as well as close working teams within P&T.
- Drive cross-functional alignments with various teams including Engineering, Business Assurance, Financial Operations and Accounting teams to understand current product experiences, identifies areas of opportunity and prioritize feature development.
- Maintains current understanding of the GSMA & Wireless Industry trends for Retail & IoT Roaming. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the products. Collaborates with partners and vendors in analyzing the potential impacts and incorporates analyses into product process.
- Sr. Manager may also own lifecycle management of multiple Roaming Products. The responsibilities include creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.
- Development of Business cases for product development and is responsible for the product vision and roadmap.
- Develops change management and regularly cascades Vision, Strategy to align goals with corporate priorities from executives to direct reports.
- Regularly provides review and guidance to Product Management team & Vendor on execution related responsibilities. This includes:
- Drives accountability, from both T-Mobile and vendors regarding implementation, service levels and adherence to T-Mobile's contractual terms.
- Ensures Product Team follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding. Works to resolve any blockers or issues with product funding.
- Coordinates activities/communication between internal teams and vendors. Partners with leadership to help resolve back-office budget for projects, products, and areas of improvement on cost savings and service quality.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualification:
- 7-10 years years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment.
- 4-7 years' experience leading teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management organization.
- Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.
- Shown ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data.
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree In Business Administration preferred.

Base Pay Range: $119,700 - $216,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
