Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate II! In this role, you'll ensure that every order is accurately fulfilled and shipped, while learning the ins and outs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and Comply: Master our departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistent quality.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, verify, and ship orders daily to meet customer expectations.
- Receiving Shipments: Handle incoming packages with precision, including verifying Certificates of Analysis (COAs) during inspections.
- Order Management: Maintain an up-to-date open order list to keep shipments on track.
- OEM Processing: Perform specific relabeling and processing tasks required by our OEM standards.
- Intercompany Fulfillments: Efficiently process intercompany IA orders.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse neat by moving pallets, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
- Inventory Management: Systematically put away inventory, including monthly scrap and quarantine items, and perform cycle counts.
- Supply Inventory: Monitor and maintain the inventory of shipping supplies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Receiving.
- High School Diploma required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Daily Tasks: This role involves sitting, standing, walking, talking, and using your hands to handle items.
- Special Requirements: Occasional use of a step stool is necessary, along with comfortable handling of fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Lifting: You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Environment: Expect a moderate noise level in a dynamic work setting.
