Overview

LMI is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaign Marketer to drive the execution of strategic marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand visibility. This role will work closely with the GTM Campaign Manager, business stakeholders, and the broader marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with an understanding of the GovCon market. They should be a clear communicator with the ability to organized and contribute to marketing initiatives in a collaborative environment.



Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

    Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel go-to-market campaigns that support LMI's strategic objectives and business growth.
  • Work with the GTM Campaign Manager and business stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure alignment with audience needs.
  • Support the coordination of integrated marketing activities, including digital, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, and events.
  • Help plan campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are executed on time and within scope.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in the development of campaign assets, including email content, landing pages, social media posts, and thought leadership articles.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging aligned with LMI's positioning.
  • Work closely with designers to create engaging campaign collateral that resonates with target audiences.
  • Support the creation of internal presentations to communicate campaign strategies and performance updates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Digital Marketing & Channel Optimization
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external vendors to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Assist in managing social media promotions, website updates, and digital ad placements as part of campaign execution.
  • Work with marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and engagement rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and business teams, ensuring alignment on campaign priorities and messaging.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with brand, media, events, and digital marketing teams to maximize campaign reach.
  • Help manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors supporting campaign execution.
  • Assist in managing internal communications and stakeholder expectations related to campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.


Qualifications

  • 5 yrs experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the GovCon market, or familiarity with government audiences.
  • Some experience developing and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage marketing deliverables.
  • Some familiarity with marketing tools, paid media, and campaign performance tracking.
  • In touch with industry trends for competitive positioning and audience insights.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
