Overview

LMI is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaign Marketer to drive the execution of strategic marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand visibility. This role will work closely with the GTM Campaign Manager, internal marketing teams, and business stakeholders to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the GovCon market. They should be adept at managing marketing initiatives with minimal oversight: campaign goals, budgets, timelines, and communications while collaborating with internal marketing teams and external vendors to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Strategy Support

    • Help develop and execute go-to-market campaigns that align with LMI's strategic priorities.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to shape campaign messaging and outreach.
    • Take ownership of campaign components, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and audience needs.
  • Content & Channel Management

    • Develop and oversee campaign assets, including digital content, web pages, social media, and collateral.
    • Manage content development and ensure campaign messaging is consistent and impactful.
    • Partner with digital media and production teams to execute compelling marketing materials.
  • Campaign Tracking & Optimization

    • Measure campaign effectiveness and report on key performance metrics.
    • Recommend optimizations and improvements based on data insights.
  • Collaboration & Guidance

    • Work closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors to execute campaign activities.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior teammates, where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 8+ yrs experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the GovCon market and familiarity with government audiences.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, paid media, and campaign performance tracking.
