Key Job Elements



  • Drive business development, marketing, project management, and customer service to grow our reach in the biotech and pharma sectors.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations at industry events, medical institutions, and research centers.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience



  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field (Genetics knowledge required, NGS & genomics knowledge preferred).
  • Fluency in Japanese and English would be a huge advantage.
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
