We're seeking a dedicated Aerospace Quality Assurance Technician in Beverly, MA. If you're ready to bring your skills and drive to a company making a global impact, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $35 - $40/hr.

Essential Tasks:



  • Perform in-process, final, and first article inspections to ensure aerospace products meet requirements.
  • Assess product conformance based on engineering drawings and models.
  • Assist Quality Engineers in preparing inspection plans and identifying non-conforming products.
  • Create and use CMM or vision system programs for inspections.
  • Generate Discrepancy Reports and manage non-conforming material disposition.
  • Resolve issues and provide support to Operators, Inspectors, and Engineers.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to validate and verify inspection programs.
  • Conduct first article inspections according to AS9102 and customer requirements.
  • Work with the aerospace team to address issues, identify efficiency gaps, and drive improvements.
  • Perform additional inspections and tasks as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Hands-on experience with high precision dimensional inspection required.
  • Ability to perform product source and first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
  • Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T (ANSI/ASME Y 14.5).
  • Skilled in CMM inspection and programming.
  • Knowledge of mechanical inspection and proficiency with manual & visual inspection tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking ability, good communication skills, team-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
