Shift Details:

Pay: $16-$17 per hour (Based on experience and department assigned)

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime (including weekends)

Essential Functions:



  • Calculate weight/product type to determine the method of shipment and packaging needs and process orders.
  • Assist the Pick and Pack Warehouse Team by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Complete all required production reporting verifying the accuracy and completeness of all the data submitted.
  • Inventory management tasks as assigned.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products are free of defects and assembly errors, and notify the Quality Department of any issues.
  • Transport items to designated manufacturing areas while utilizing material handling equipment (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Offer support and cross-train in different warehouse departments.
  • Support the recycling program and all other cost-reduction efforts/programs.
  • Miscellaneous housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of sit-down forklift operator experience to perform tasks involving forklift operation (willingnes to become forklift certified)
  • Electric pallet jack, picking/packing, and shipping experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment are preferred.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, reading, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Motivated and career-driven with a safety and quality mindset.
  • A great team player capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, etc.) and lift 50-70 pounds.
