Director, Demand Generation

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, product marketing, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Define the marketing strategy for key new accounts and oversee the successful planning and execution of marketing programs.

  • Organize and direct long-term and short-term strategic marketing efforts to achieve market share and sales goals.

  • Own the lead generation funnel, focusing on optimizing the conversion rate at every state.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to generate qualified sales leads that support the company's pipeline and revenue growth goals.

  • Oversee and direct field marketing staff while developing and nurturing a world-class marketing team capable of scaling and thriving as the business grows.

  • Develop policies, procedures, and processes in consultation with stakeholders to ensure optimal marketing efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven business acumen with strong strategic skills and the capacity to understand the business from a market and P&L perspective.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior and executive leadership to achieve goals.

  • Ability to develop, present, and report on results of marketing plans to senior management.

  • Creativity in developing new marketing strategies, programs, and promotions.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or other ABM technology.

  • Experience in designing and executing account-based marketing strategies for enterprise accounts.

  • Background or capabilities in people development, growth, and building a results-oriented culture through objectives and coaching.

What could set you apart:

  • 11+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

  • 6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.

  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Master's degree preferred.

Range:

Minimum: $110,000.00 USD Maximum: $250,000.00 USD
