Summary:

The Sales Training Program Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating,and delivering sales training content that enhances the effectiveness of sales professionals at all levels. This role is critical in managing and executing both virtual and in-person training initiatives, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to drive business success. The manager will collaborate closely with sales leaders, enablement teams, and functional leaders to assess training needs, develop engaging learning experiences, and measure the impact of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Produce engaging and interactive physical and digital educational materials, including videos, e-learning modules, and case studies.





  • Work closely with sales leaders and stakeholders to identify gaps in sales training and to build training content.





  • Stay up to date with and adopt new training technologies, including content development tools and learning platforms.





  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions; attending sessions as needed.





  • Assign and track training for sales team members, ensuring timely completion.





  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve training programs.





  • Develop and track key training metrics to measure training effectiveness and engagement.





Minimum Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field with 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, talent development or similar.





  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both small and large group settings.





  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).





  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.





  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.





  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.





  • Willingness to travel up to 20% and flexibility to deliver training across multiple time zones.





Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in sales training or direct sales experience.





  • Passion and understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.





  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.





  • Experience working in a global capacity across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
