Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Management Systems Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and integrate complex systems while ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams, with a primary focus on financial tracking, project management, and execution of customer-driven initiatives. The role requires a TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph to support sensitive missions within the intelligence community.

Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Coordination & Tracking: Manage and track all aspects of financial data, including spend plan status and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Act as a liaison across multiple teams, facilitating communication and coordination related to program status, funding, and execution to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Action Tracking & Reporting: Maintain an action tracking system for project-related tasks, ensuring the completion of action items from various reviews and meetings, with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Program/Finance Execution: Lead program and financial actions utilizing customer financial systems, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with established processes.
  • Documentation Support: Support the preparation and maintenance of key project documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and other contractual or programmatic documents critical to project success.
  • Customer-Sponsored Training Coordination: Coordinate agendas, rosters, and logistics for customer-sponsored training courses, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel domestically (15% - 20%) as needed to support mission requirements.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 8+ years of total experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of total experience, to include:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Integrator (SI), with a deep understanding of system integration processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception through completion.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to take initiative and lead key aspects of complex technical developments, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex contracts, utilizing contracting tools, and ensuring the effective management of contract deliverables and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of contracts management, with the ability to navigate contract requirements and ensure compliance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph is required for this role, as it involves supporting sensitive intelligence missions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Systems Integration: Ability to write technical requirements, evaluate contractor design documentation, and develop system flowcharts, among other technical tasks.
  • Strong Engineering Background: A background in computer science, aerospace, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Systems Integrator on large, multi-segment technical systems or projects, with a deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges involved.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
