Job Summary:

The Marketing Webcasts Engagement Sr. Specialist supports the delivery of live, external, client-facing digital learning events, driving audience engagement and experience and the success of marketing goals from awareness to leads and revenue generation across the Firm. The primary function of this role is to support the Events Activation webcast process as well as the execution of live webcasts which includes managing and overseeing live and live recorded broadcasts as well as supporting the CPE process, when applicable. This team member also assists the Events Activation team with additional tasks, as needed.

Job Duties:



  • Audience Analysis and Targeting: Collaborates with respective marketing leads and subject matter experts/presenters, identify and analyze target audiences to tailor webcast content and engagement strategies effectively
  • Content Development: Collaborates with content creators to develop engaging and relevant webcast materials, including presentations, scripts, engagement opportunities and promotional content
  • Promotion and Outreach: Collaborates with respective marketers and digital marketing, design and execute marketing campaigns to promote webcasts through various channels such as email, social media, and partnerships
  • Registration Management: Oversees the registration process, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees, while maximizing attendance
  • Engagement Strategies: Develops and implements strategies to enhance audience interaction during webcasts, such as live polls, Q&A sessions, hand raises and interactive content
  • Technology Coordination: Builds webcasts within the Firm's chosen webcast platform, work with presenters to ensure their comfort and knowledge of the system, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before and during production
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitors webcast performance metrics, such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and hand-raise leads, and report on the success of marketing efforts
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gathers feedback from internal stakeholders and attendees to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in future webcasts
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Coordinates with internal and external teams, speakers, and partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of webcasts
  • Continuous Improvement: Stays updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance webcast engagement strategies. Stays current in knowledge of all firm-standard software, including new products and product upgrades as introduced, as well as related policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Knowledge of National Accreditation Requirements: Interpret National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards in order to advise internal clients on the appropriate design mechanisms to track participation and make language recommendations for learning objectives and course descriptions that will meet the standards. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of NASBA Standards for CPE training development and delivery
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation of virtual presentation training and marketing best practice documentation
  • Other duties, as required



Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:



  • Associate's Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in a training/media production role, required; OR High School Diploma/GED and Six (6) or more years of experience in a training/media productions role, required


Experience:



  • Experience in a detail-oriented task-based role that highly leverages technology, required
  • Experience with online webcast software and delivery, preferred
  • Experience with interpreting regulatory guidelines, rules, and laws, preferred
  • Experience at a professional services firm, preferred
  • Experience in writing effective learning objectives, preferred


Software:



  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat, required
  • Experience with ON24 webcast platform, preferred


Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Ability to understand and interpret NASBA and AICPA guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of copyright laws
  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications with minimum supervision/instruction
  • Strong customer service attitude with the ability to provide guidance to internal customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage expectations and customer demands

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $60,000 - $75,000
Maryland Range: $60,000 - $75,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $60,000 - $75,000
