TRISTAR is seeking a Engineering, System II for our government customer in Crane, IN
- Engineering, system support for the design, development, test, evaluation, engineering, and related logistics for the procurement, production, maintenance, disposal, and related services for software-centric systems, subsystems, equipment, and components as it relates to their support of the Marine Corps.(Digital Dental X-Ray (DDX), Bio Medical Equipment Test & Repair System (BMETS), Data Analysis Control Group (DACG), Expeditionary Fabrication (XFAB), Electronics Test Shop (ETS), Fuel Test Shop (FTS) and other systems to be added
Requirements
- Develop, STIG, and ACAS scan images for various 3D Printers, laser cutters, scan arms, laptops, servers, and network attached storage devices, a switch configuration for project's internal network
- Resolve various software/firmware issues by working directly with software vendors
- Research and compile information on new software and hardware options for the projects
- Assist with tracking, inventorying, and shipping the project assets
- Create deployment media and documentation for the various projects
- Image, prepare, and test the project assets for shipment out to the field
- Work with the MCCOG and the network battalions at each of the fielding locations on connecting the systems to the MCEN
Requirements
- * Experience with Linux and Microsoft Operating Systems
- * Cisco Networking Experience is a plus
- * Experience working with 3D Printers
- MUST be a US Citizen
- An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one
Education and Certifications:
- B.S. in an Engineering discipline or experience
- CompTIA Security+ certification
