Job Responsibilities
The Global Channel Account Executive will focus on executing sales and enablement initiatives to recruit, onboard, and support channel partners in selling Hexagon's NCW software solutions and services. While this role requires an understanding of channel strategy, the primary responsibility is execution-working directly with partners to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and support to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Execute Hexagon's channel sales plan by identifying, onboarding, and supporting new channel partners.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring they have the required training, marketing resources, and sales tools to effectively sell Hexagon solutions.
- Support partner sales enablement efforts, conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and co-selling opportunities.
- Track and drive partner performance, ensuring revenue and sales targets are met by providing direct coaching and guidance.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams to ensure partners are aligned with Hexagon's sales goals and priorities.
- Facilitate contract execution and compliance to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to drive joint marketing efforts and lead generation for partners.
- Monitor KPIs and provide reporting on partner sales, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Travel 40-60% to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or sales enablement within software or industrial technology.
- Proven ability to work hands-on with partners, guiding them through sales processes and executing enablement initiatives.
- Strong software sales background, particularly in selling or supporting software solutions in manufacturing environments.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Excellent communication, training, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools to track partner engagement and sales performance.
- Ability to travel 40-60% internationally.

- Experience working with systems integrators in the mid-market technology sector.
