Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Developer managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Energy Supply and Trading as well as Utilities.

• Develop and maintain SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Implement and manage SAP CRM Web Services to enhance customer relationship management processes.
• Apply SAP CRM Middleware to facilitate data exchange and synchronization across various systems.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP-related projects within the Energy Supply and Trading domain.
• Ensure the efficient operation of SAP systems in the Utilities sector by resolving issues.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP-related processes and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure alignment to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• 6+ years of SAP experience including SAP CRM
• Must have extensive experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP.
• Should possess strong expertise in SAP CRM Web Services.
• Must be proficient in SAP CRM Middleware.
• Should have domain knowledge in Energy Supply and Trading.
• Must have experience in the Utilities sector.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be proactive and able to work independently.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Should have a track record of successful project delivery.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
